7th October 2021 Windsurfing: Rhosneigr Wind Direction: SSW Wind Stength: F6 gusty Surf / Sea State: Waves Air Temperature: 17 Sea Temperature: 15.3 Weather: Overcast Max Speed: Distance Covered: 4.7m nice in gusts but hard work in deep lulls. Waited too long to change up to 5.3m so got tired even though just about enough in lulls and ok in gusts. Got a few turns on waves though caught edge on biggest head +. My 94l is quite narrow at 59cm and wonder if a wider big wave board would be better, but thereagain when it's choppy and good wind I found it a great size. Av heart 123bpm and max 143bpm, not far off the Moel Elio MBR which I found hard. |
